Your new role
As Director of People & Culture, you will serve as the top HR leader for the US location. You’ll work closely with site leadership and global teams to build and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports rapid growth, operational readiness, and long-term success. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You’ll lead a growing HR team, drive talent and organizational initiatives, and ensure alignment with global priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in complex, automated, or technology-driven operational environments
- Proven success leading transformation, scale-up, or change initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a global, matrixed organization
- High digital fluency and openness to data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cultural awareness
