The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing expansion strategies for new markets, as well as leading first class operations of their existing assets.

This position, based out of the group's Philadelphia head office, will utilize your expertise in managing commercial office spaces, financial reporting, environmental and sustainability efforts, leasing, and construction projects. Collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer and other members of the corporate leadership team, you will play a vital role in aligning procedures and maximizing efficiency across more than 20 locations.
