Ground up Retail Superintendent
We have partnered with a very respectful GC, this company is a trusted general contractor with decades of experience and a reputation for integrity and excellence.
We are looking for a Superintendent who will lead all on site activities for ground-up retail construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in managing fast-paced retail builds from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations for ground-up retail projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to meet deadlines
- Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections
- Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail or commercial ground-up construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
