Your new role

As General Superintendent, you will be the field leader overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish. You’ll manage multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll serve as the key liaison between project management and field operations, driving productivity and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on infrastructure
• Proven leadership in managing field operations for multimillion-dollar projects
• Strong knowledge of TXDOT standards and public works procedures
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
