Your new role

As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of an ultra-luxury 140+ unit, 90-story high rise condominium. This stunning property also features over 20,000 square feet of amenity space sitting in one of most desired neighborhoods in NYC.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience in luxury condo/coop management
• Experience working in multi-layered condominium structure preferred
• Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
