Our client is seeking a Functional/Business Support Analyst in Orlando, FL

Role Description

• Act as a functional expert for ServiceNow modules/catalogs; gather business requirements and perform gap analysis for enhancements.
• Create clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria; collaborate with development and QA teams for issue resolution.
• Document current and future process flows; assist in producing business, system design, and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, release planning, and stakeholder sign-offs are met.
• Lead UAT with business stakeholders; manage post-release issue tracking and resolution with engineering and support teams.
• Review and approve implemented solutions and enhancements; engage with user groups to refine processes and requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in fast-paced, highly complex, enterprise environment, with a focus on the ability to gather and analyze requirements
• Must have experience with Service Now Catalog
• Allows end-users to find, request, and track services or products provided by internal departments such as IT, HR, Facilities, etc.
• Must possess experience with software deployment and/or implementation/customization
• Must possess strong experience writing User-Stories
• Should be writing 25+ stories per month at a minimum (Disney BA’s write 200-300 per month)

Write clear & concise user stories with the appropriate level of detail and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Must understand/have experience in Agile development & workflows
• This Functional/Business Analyst is an integral, strategic partner that can navigate complex, variable business conditions, guide business customers from requirements gathering through product release, & balance requirements with ServiceNow best practices. This role requires a self-motivated candidate that is able to manage their work independently and use critical and analytical thinking to help ensure successful product delivery.
