Our client is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer in Inglewood, CA

Role Description

• Use software as a tool to tell compelling stories with data.
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features for our operational monitoring platform.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data used for incident tracking and resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality software.
• Improve system performance, observability, and usability through thoughtful engineering practices.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisions
• Advocate for best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years experience with modern front-end technologies: React, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in API design and integrations with modern server languages: Node, Ruby, etc
• Production experience with SDLC processes (GitHub) and config based deployment practices (YAML, etc.)
• Experience in building internal tools or working with incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Datadog, Grafana).
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Datadog, Splunk, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• We are looking for a full stack software engineer, with an emphasis on front end, to join our high-impact internal tools team.
• In this role, you'll play a key part in building mission-critical systems that monitor operational data and ensure accurate reporting across the company.
• Your work will directly support the major incident resolution processes, major event management, service reliability tracking, and more.
You’ll collaborate across business units to design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions that streamline operations, enhance visibility, and improve decision-making.
