Our client is seeking a Front-end engineer in Remote.
Job Responsibilities:
• We are looking for an experienced front-end developer who’s knowledgeable with React.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Jest, Cypress, Mico-Frontends (Module Federation), Nx and a deep understanding of Reacts Re-rendering process.
• The assignment relates to a gen-AI product with a conversational interface.
• You will work closely with other front-end developers, and UX designers who will provide you with designs in Figma, including variants and tokens to support light- and dark modes.
• You will also work closely with the backend team to ensure a smooth handover and align on technical requirements.
• The front-end engineer’s role is crucial in building an intuitive conversational interface where solutions for tackling latency is central.
• From creating animations, loaders, spinners to progressively rendering the output from the LLM, the engineer’s solutions will make a huge impact.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement designs provided in Figma, ensuring variants and tokens support both light and dark modes.
• Develop the front-end of a conversational interface using Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Implement intuitive animations, loaders, and spinners to enhance user experience during latency periods.
• Manage state and session control within the conversational interface to ensure smooth user interactions.
• Integrate with backend services and databases, Implement authentication and user management features.
• Work on progressively rendering outputs from the Language Learning Model (LLM) to provide a seamless user experience.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and industry standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to technical challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, Gen-AI technologies, and AI-driven tools such as NLP and computer vision.
• Maintain a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology.
• Proven experience as a front-end developer with expertise in React and similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Figma (dev mode) for implementing UI designs (ability to translate designs into functional code)
• Proficiency in handling JSON data
• Knowledge of conversational interfaces and experience in building chat applications.
• Familiarity with optimizing performance and handling latency in web applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding best security practices in web development.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
