Your new role

• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities within the family office structure
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with estate attorneys on complex financial matters
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls
• Report directly to the CFO and provide strategic financial insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance role, ideally within a family office or multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal and estate planning professionals
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
