Your new role

The Manager, Fleet and Safety Finance is responsible for financial oversight and strategic partnership across Fleet and Safety operations. This role involves collaborating on initiatives, delivering financial analysis and actionable insights, and supporting financial close and reporting processes. You will help business leaders manage budgets, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to optimize costs and efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, modeling and database management
• Experience supporting business operations and senior leadership
• Background in capital-intensive, equipment-heavy, service-based industries preferred
