Their portfolio includes major heavy highway, mass transit, tunnel, and airport infrastructure projects, often in partnership with key city agencies such as the MTA, LIRR, and NYCDDC.

Your new role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee utility and site development operations on high-profile civil infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in underground utility work and a strong command of NYC agency standards.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on field supervision
  • Proven track record managing utility installations (storm/wastewater sewer, water mains) & have previously worked with the MTA/LIRR.
  • Familiarity with SOE systems, dewatering, and coordination with private utilities
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors across complex job sites
  • Proficiency in layout, inspections, material procurement, and quality control
  • Valid driver’s license and solid computer literacy
