I am working with a well-known GC to recruit multiple Superintendent and Senior Superintendent positions to support government and military projects across Kentucky & Maryland. There is a pipeline of work secured for the next 10 years in each location.

Your new role

Within this position, you will be working on remodeling/renovation projects ranging between $500K-15M on military bases in either Kentucky & Maryland. You will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of these projects, liaising with key stakeholders, managing budgets & project timelines/schedules, managing subcontractors, performing quality control duties and responsibilities, upholding health & safety regulations, coordinating inspections, adherence to federal/military regulations for each site, daily and other regular reporting, communicating with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs & Material Submittals, and all other functions to ensure smooth running of the job site at all times.

This role will not provide relocation or travel allowances.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the position, you must have all the following:

• Experience working on federal projects in the US
• Completed 4 year college degree
• OSHA 30
• NAVFAC / US Army Corps of Engineers
• CQM
• First Aid/CPR
