Your new role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained. This includes overseeing building systems, managing vendors, coordinating repairs, and supporting tenant satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in implementing operational strategies and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally in a commercial setting
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Familiarity with budgeting, maintenance planning, and compliance protocols
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and building operations
