Growing Quick Service Restaurant looking to add on a Facilities Maintenance Manager!

Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a rapidly expanding quick service restaurant company to hire a Facilities Maintenance Manager.

Your new role
The job duties of the Facilities Maintenance Manager will include, among others:
- Oversee all maintenance & repair activity across the locations
- Assess issues, perform minor repairs and coordinate/negotiate with 3rd party vendors for more complex repairs
- Build out preventative maintenance procedures, and work directly with each store manager/GM
- Track equipment, warranties, and manage maintenance budget efficiently

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Ideally, 3–6 years’ experience supporting multiple restaurants or retail locations
- Hands-on mindset: (What can I fix first?) — Knowledge of MEP as it relates to upkeep of facilities
- Ability to visit multiple sites — (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Hoboken)
- *Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement*

What you'll get in return
- Annual salary of $90-$110K based on experience
- Health benefits/retirement and bonus eligible up to 10%
