Join a well-established and growing multi-brand restaurant franchise operator with over 200 locations across six states. This organization values operational excellence and is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support its facilities team from the corporate office.

Your new role

As a Facilities Systems Coordinator I, you will play a central role in supporting daily maintenance operations. You’ll coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, dispatch technicians, manage work orders through Corrigo, and ensure vendor compliance and invoice processing via R365. You’ll also assist with onboarding, reporting, and administrative support for the Director of Facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians for routine and emergency service
  • Managing work order progress and compliance
  • Communicating with internal teams and vendors
  • Supporting safety and compliance programs
  • Handling administrative tasks and system access setup
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (Remote on weekends)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with Corrigo, R365, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a coordination or administrative role, ideally in facilities or maintenance
