Join a dynamic and expanding multi-brand restaurant franchise operator with over 200 locations across six states. This organization is committed to operational excellence and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support its facilities operations from the corporate office.

Your new role

As a Facilities Systems Coordinator II, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all preventive and reactive maintenance activities. You’ll serve as the central point of communication between technicians, management, and vendors, ensuring timely service and compliance. You’ll also manage vendor onboarding, audits, capital expenditure tracking, and system access across platforms like Corrigo and R365.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians for maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Managing vendor relationships, quotes, and invoice processing
  • Tracking work orders, equipment history, and compliance
  • Supporting cross-departmental coordination and special requests
  • Conducting audits and maintaining budget forecasting spreadsheets
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Remote on Saturdays)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with Corrigo, R365, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a coordination or administrative role, ideally in facilities or maintenance
