Your new role

  • Provide executive field leadership across multiple high-rise student housing projects nationwide
  • Set and enforce construction standards, best practices, and safety expectations across all active sites
  • Mentor, coach, and support on-site General Superintendents and Superintendent teams
  • Lead complex vertical construction logistics, sequencing, and critical path activities
  • Troubleshoot schedule, quality, and constructability challenges during key project phases
  • Partner closely with Project Executives, Operations leadership, and Project Management teams
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, quality control, and safety programs
  • Represent the company confidently with owners, developers, and key trade partners
  • Travel extensively nationwide, embedding with project teams as needed to drive outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

  • 20+ years of experience in commercial construction, with significant high-rise experience
  • Proven background delivering large-scale student housing or multifamily projects
  • Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar executive field leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of vertical construction logistics, schedules, and safety programs
  • Ability to mentor and lead diverse field teams across multiple regions
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
