Job Title: Construction Scheduler / Preconstruction Manager
Location: Palm Beach County, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler / Preconstruction Manager with expertise in Primavera P6 to lead scheduling, planning, and preconstruction efforts for our projects. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain project schedules, analyze construction timelines, and ensure seamless coordination before project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to create realistic timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct preconstruction planning, including feasibility assessments, risk analysis, and budgeting.
  • Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts before they impact project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, provide schedule updates, and report deviations to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth project kickoffs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executives and project owners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in construction scheduling and preconstruction management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, permitting processes, and building codes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • PMP or PSP certification is a plus.
