As a Commercial Construction Estimator, you’ll be responsible for developing accurate and timely proposals and estimates across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with preconstruction, business development, and operations teams to evaluate project scope, coordinate bids, analyze costs, and support strategic goals. This role plays a key part in maintaining client satisfaction and positioning the company as a trusted industry leader.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates from concept to GMP
• Experience with subcontractor coordination, bid tabulations, and scope reviews
• Familiarity with design/build and CMAR project delivery methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs and cost history analysis
