Role Overview Develop accurate and timely cost estimates for various construction projects. Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they are complete and reliable. Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work. Incorporate historical data into estimates to improve accuracy. Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are designed and executed within time limits. Support marketing and business development efforts by participating in procurement teams and preparing project updates. Evaluate and recommend value engineering alternatives based on cost, quality, and material availability.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2–5 years of experience in an estimating role.

Proficiency in relevant software applications
