Estimator / APM - Up to $125,000 - Fully remote position

Your New Company
A Colorado focused General Contractor / Sub-Contractor with a history in Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations & Special Projects (from $100,000 - $5M+). However, the goal is to get Projects up to $50M over the coming years

With projects Colorado – you will hold a leading role in the Pre-construction Department as they start to bring this in-house and away from a Third Party.

This role would suit a strong APM with a passion for Pre-con.


Your New Role
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project goals.
  • Monitor project costs and provide updates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.


What you'll need to succeed
  • At least, 3-5 years+ of experience in construction estimating (commercial or residential).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


What you'll get in return
  • Up to $125,000 basic salary
  • FULLY REMOTE POSITION – but based in DMA for Client/Project Meetings as and when
