Your new role
As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the preconstruction phase of large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project documents, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–15 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Proven experience with CMAR project delivery methods.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS, HeavyBid, or similar).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
