Their core focus is on the residential and commercial office spaces. They own some of the most high-end Class-A office buildings, high-end and market-rate residential buildings, and also work in the affordable housing space. The diverse portfolio means that the business is very resilient and the pipeline of work is always strong. Because of this, their Chicago office is growing their Estimating team!

-Your new role-

As an Estimator with this firm, you will sit within the construction department and will handle projects coming down the pipeline. The current team is a Director and another Estimator, and you will join the team to add your skills to the group! Some upcoming projects include a ground-up residential building, renovation work, and some capex projects. This Estimator will come in and grow with the team, learn the ownership side, and potentially hire their own team in the future! All depends on the skillet you bring to the table.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• 4+ years' estimating experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm

• Experience in residential or commercial construction project estimation

• MEP/Infrastructure knowledge/experience is a plus

• Relevant degree preferred, but not required
