With nearly four decades of experience, they bring a family-oriented culture to every project and every team member.

  • Proven ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and vendors across diverse markets, ensuring competitive pricing and scope alignment.
  • Proficient in building comprehensive bid packages
  • Experienced in working closely with project managers, architects, and developers during early project phases to develop budgets, mitigate risks, and drive schedule and cost efficiencies.

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive base salary is negotiable based on level of experience.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • 100% match on employee contributions up to 3% annually
    Health Benefits
