• Analyze energy usage data and conduct audits in residential and commercial buildings
• Review customer utility bills to determine typical energy consumption patterns
• Perform measurement and verification (M&V) and retro-commissioning activities
• Utilize energy modeling software and simulation techniques to identify efficiency improvements
• Advise clients on strategies to conserve energy and reduce costs
• Contribute to the design and optimization of HVAC systems for energy efficiency and code compliance
• Apply sustainability techniques to improve site energy use index (EUI)
• Document audit findings through photos, checklists, and detailed reports
• Submit results to the assigned operations coordinator for review and implementation

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or foreign equivalent with graduate-level coursework in energy systems and design
• Strong foundation in thermodynamics, load calculations, and HVAC system design
• Engineering research, coursework, or practical experience in energy systems
• Entry-level role; engineering skills required but no prior work experience necessary
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with energy modeling tools and sustainability practices preferred

• Compensation: $80-90K Base
