They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations, conducting thorough investigations, and providing robust support to our HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

Your new role

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Investigations: Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support HRBPs: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions on employee relations, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
