Your new company
Our client is a general contracting firm who serves a diverse range of clients, specializing in education and industrial projects in MD and Northern VA. They’re looking to hire a Superintendent to join their team to manage an education project in VA.
Your new role
As the Superintendent, you will coordinate and manage all on-site activities. While partnering with the Project Manager, you’ll ensure work conforms to specifications, adheres to schedules, and maintain a site safety program resulting in a project completion that is on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- A bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- OSHA 30 is preferred
- Drivers' License
