Your new role

As Director of Development, you’ll report to the Vice President of Development and lead strategic fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and program expansion in Broward County. You’ll be instrumental in building partnerships, launching new initiatives, and increasing the organization’s visibility and impact in the region.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a strong track record in major gifts and donor cultivation
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or related field
• Established network or experience working in Broward County preferred
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience planning and executing fundraising events
• Proficiency in donor management software and CRM tools
