Your New Role
As the Director of Development, you will be responsible for the software development operations within the organization. You’ll oversee multiple cross-functional development teams and drive the execution of the technology roadmap across a suite of enterprise applications and platform initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll translate architectural direction and product strategy into actionable execution plans while ensuring scalability, quality, and delivery excellence. You will lead development operations, optimize engineering processes, and influence strategic decisions that impact long-term platform growth.

This is a senior level, on-site/hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA, ideal for candidates with 7+ years of leadership experience and a proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Several years in software development leadership within high-growth SaaS companies, managing and scaling large cross-functional development teams

• Deep experience with Microsoft technologies.

• Strong background in cloud native architectures, enterprise software, and operational scalability

• Demonstrated ability to drive execution, process improvement, and delivery of complex solutions

• Skilled in CI/CD, testing frameworks, release management, and engineering workflow optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field
