Our client is seeking a Director of Customer Success in Orlando, FL
Role Description
• A growing organization operating within the critical cybersecurity space is expanding its customer-facing leadership team.
• The business delivers services-led solutions to complex, highly regulated environments and partners closely with enterprise and government-aligned clients.
• As Director of Customer Success, you will serve as a senior, client-facing leader responsible for owning relationships post sale and acting as a trusted advisor.
• This role blends strategic customer leadership, advisory consulting, and commercial responsibility.
• You will lead client engagement, advise on risk and security-related topics, support renewals and expansion conversations, and ensure customers receive ongoing value from services delivered.
• This is a highly visible role requiring strong presence, clear communication, and hands-on involvement with key accounts.
Skills & Requirements
• Strong executive-level presence with comfort leading customer conversations
• Background in cybersecurity, third-party risk, security, or adjacent domains
• Experience in consulting or advisory-based environments
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, customer-friendly messaging
• Comfort carrying revenue responsibility through renewals and upsell activity
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience supporting clients in regulated industries is preferred
