Your new role

As Director of Business Development (or VP level), you’ll oversee a team of 4–6 BDRs across Southern California, driving strategic growth and market expansion. This hybrid role blends leadership (75%) with direct sales execution (25%), focusing on acquiring new retail partners, optimizing team performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in defined territories
  • A proven track record of opening up retail accounts.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (65%+) across California, Utah, and Nevada
  • Ideally based in the Los Angeles area
