Your new company

Our client is a privately owned investment firm with a wide mix of real estate, private assets, and market investments. They’re known for being entrepreneurial, fast‑moving, and focused on long‑term growth.

Your new role

As the Director of Acquisitions, you’ll manage deals from start to finish. You’ll source new opportunities, evaluate investments, lead negotiations, and guide each deal through closing. You’ll work closely with finance, legal, asset management, and development teams on projects across multifamily, industrial, land, and unique or special‑situation assets.


In this role, you’ll:
  • Find and assess new real estate investment opportunities across the country.
  • Lead underwriting, due diligence, approvals, negotiations, and closings.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, lenders, partners, and owners.
  • Research markets and help shape investment strategy.
  • Prepare clear investment materials for senior leaders and the investment committee.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff once a deal closes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions within, Multifamily, Industrial, Land, Distressed assets.
  • Experience sourcing, underwriting, and closing complex deals.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and real estate financing.
  • A strong industry network and proven deal flow.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
