Your new role

As the Director of Compliance, you will support one of the largest new construction affordable housing projects in NYC in over 35 years. This impressive project will feature 2,400+ affordable housing units, retail assets, a public school, a hotel, and a soccer stadium. With the first phase of construction currently underway, the Director of Compliance will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory excellence for this historic project and is one of their most important hires. The Director of Compliance will manage a team of 17+ Compliance Specialists and will ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–10 years of experience in affordable housing compliance

• Well-versed in HPD, EDC, HUD, LIHTC, CityFHEPS, HRA, and DHCR programs

• COS or TaCCs cetification highly preferred
