This strategic expansion has unlocked new opportunities in high-end Tenant Improvement for Corporate Office and Life Science clients. The San Francisco office is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a visionary Director to lead a high-performing team and drive market growth.

Your new role

• Strategic leadership and mentorship of the project management team
• Expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Driving revenue growth across key market sectors
• Overseeing proposal development, project delivery, and client satisfaction
• Collaborating with senior leadership to shape business strategy and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, including recent Owners Rep experience
• Proven track record in high-end Tenant Improvement projects (Commercial Office & Life Science)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams
• Business development acumen and a passion for client engagement
• Background in General Contracting or Architecture is a plus
