Our client is seeking a DevOps and Automation Engineer in Denver, CO.

Skills & Requirements

• Expertise in creating pipelines for managing AWS resources (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of API automation — designing, testing, and integrating APIs into CI/CD workflows.
• Strong fundamentals in Bash scripting for automating routine tasks and processes.
• Ability to automate database tasks — running queries, processing results, and converting logs into automation-friendly formats.
• Experience integrating database logs and metrics into monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript for automation and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda for serverless functions to automate event-driven workflows.
• Understanding of orchestration and workflow automation tools to streamline complex processes across cloud and on-prem environments.
