Our client is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst in Bay Lake, FL / Hybrid.

Role description

• Utilizes expertise in data analysis to collect and analyze Tech Debt data collected.
• Utilizes expertise in data visualization to create widgets, graphs, charts, tables, etc. for dashboards and reports as
assigned.
• Facilitates the creation of executive-level presentations and report based on the assigned criteria and templates.
• Facilitates data collection by working with application “owners” who are responsible for filling-in questionnaires in
Smartsheet and other tools. Validates that the overall data collection effort is progressing on schedule.
• Partners with others working on the Tech Debt program to evaluate and select tools and methods for automating the
collection of data needed about Tech Debt and automating the creation of the needed artifacts.
• Partners with the members of the Tech Debt program to determine process enhancements that create efficiencies to
collect and main the data needed about Tech Debt.
• Recommends processes, policies, and tools that enhance the organizations Tech Debt stance.
• Regularly reports to management and executive leadership

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of Data Analysis experience in a large enterprise environment
• Proven experience with Smartsheet including managing master data, creating and editing sheet views, creating and editing dashboards with widgets and other advanced visualizations
• Proven experience importing, exporting, and syncing data from a variety of sources in CSV, XLSX and other formats
• Proven experience creating report -outs using data visualization platforms
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with Technical Debt, causes and strategies
• Proven Experience with presentation tools such as, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint and Keynote.
