Our client is seeking a Data Protection Protegrity SME for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
• Implement and maintain data tokenization strategies:
Design, implement, and manage tokenization solutions using Protegrity and AWS services to protect sensitive data.
• Work with AWS services:
Proficiency in using AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, and AWS S3 for data storage, processing, and analysis.
• Protegrity expertise:
Experience with Protegrity's data protection solutions, including tokenization, encryption, and masking capabilities.
• Data security and compliance:
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Performance and scalability:
Optimize tokenization processes for performance and scalability on the AWS platform.
• Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers, security architects) to implement and maintain data security solutions.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to data tokenization and AWS infrastructure.
Skills & Requirements
• Data Security: Strong understanding of data security principles, data protection technologies, and compliance regulations.
• AWS Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, and AWS S3.
• Data Tokenization: Proven experience in implementing and managing data tokenization solutions.
• Protegrity: Familiarity with Protegrity's data protection solutions and their integration with AWS.
• SQL and scripting: Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation.
• Cloud infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialist).
• Experience with other data protection technologies: Familiarity with other data protection technologies like encryption and data masking.
• Experience with data governance and data privacy: Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with data analytics: Understanding of data analytics concepts and tools
