Data Management Specialist – Contract – Atlanta, GA/Hybrid – $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Data Management Specialist in Atlanta, GA/Hybrid.

Role Description

• The Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in enabling Our client to effectively leverage key data points to execute data-driven marketing initiatives.
This position supports a best-in-class data management team by handling audience requests and translating audience insights into actionable business planning that drives paid media performance.
• Execute operational management of Our client global offline match partner (LiveRamp) and customer data management platform (Salesforce)
• Fulfill audience requests for paid media campaigns and other marketing channels
• Partner with Global Paid Media, AMER media teams, IT Product, and Customer Data teams to:
• Manage data flow into MarTech and activation platforms
• Ensure seamless campaign execution
• Support and contribute to global audience strategy and segmentation planning
• Analyze and refine audiences to improve:
• Target segmentation
• Brand persona development
• Campaign performance
• Monitor key performance indicators such as:
• Match rates
• Audience size, reach, and frequency
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and compliance standards
• Help drive AI enablement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize audience creation and activation using AI

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
• Digital marketing
• Data management
• OR working with an advertising agency
• Supplier-side experience is a strong plus
• Experience working with:
• First-party data
• LiveRamp
• Salesforce Ad Studio
• Third-party data providers
• LiveRamp
• Salesforce Ad Studio or CDPs
• First-party data environments
• Third-party data providers
• Supplier-side or agency experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of AI and its application to:
• Re-envision marketing programs
• Optimize use of AI in workflows and targeting
• Strong understanding of digital media and audience segmentation
• Supplier-side experience preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
