Data Entry Assistant – Contract – Raleigh, NC – $15.00-$16.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Data Entry Assistant in Raleigh, NC.

Role Description

• The Data Entry Assistant enters/maintains site database with accuracy and within assigned timelines.

• The Data Entry Assistant also provides clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and follow up, filing and storage of documents and other duties as assigned or required.

• Handling order supplies and resending of reports requests received by fax or e-mail will also be the responsibility of the Data Entry Assistant.

Skills & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required.

• Equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate level of computer literacy.

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Professional phone etiquette in the English language.

• Skillful in typing, filing, and basic computers.
