Data Center Construction in Northern Virginia continues to be in high demand. My client is looking to hire a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to work as an Owners Representative on a series of Data Center/Mission Critical projects in the Northern Virginia area. My client has high interest in connecting with current project managers with 5-12 years of technical, new build general contracting experience such as in Data Centers, healthcare laboratories or biotech facilities.

Your new role:

• You will be working in the capacity of a Project Manager in this position, assigned to 1 program and dedicated client.
• You will be involved in the project from the initial design and conceptualisation phase right through to the handover of the project to the client, overseeing all aspects of preconstruction through construction management of the project.
• Critical to your success will be the daily coordination and management of all associated external vendors to the project including the client, 3rd party general contractors, engineering and architecture groups, financing partners and county officials.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Client is looking to hire a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial general contracting, working on large and complex ground up projects such as in data centers or mission critical settings such as healthcare or laboratories.
• You will have led these projects as the lead Project Manager and have had involvement in the full lifecycle of projects.
• You will have the ability to multi-task and collaborate well with all of the internal team including all of the internal team as well as the external vendors such as the GCs, architects and engineers.
• A 4 year, construction related degree is essential.

What you'll get in return:

• Excellent base salary of up to $180k depending on your experience as well as the lucrative bonus potential.
• Bonus potential up to 20% of your base salary.
