Our client is seeking a Data Analyst in Vienna, VA/Hybrid.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled HR Technology Data & Reporting Analyst to support our HR Technology team. This role will focus on creating dashboards and reports provided real-time visibility into HR Technology operations, streamlining and automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort, and develop actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make an immediate impact on HR Technology strategy and operations while working with a collaborative, high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Data Integration & Aggregation
• Consolidate and integrate data across HR Technology platforms, including:
• Oracle Fusion HCM
• ServiceNow (HRSD)
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Design and deliver reporting solutions that highlight:
• Operational performance (intake trends, incidents, SLAs)
• Platform health and system usage metrics
• Executive-level summaries for leadership reporting
• Develop data visualizations that are clear, compelling, and actionable
• Deliver insights tailored to both executive leadership and operational teams
ADO & ServiceNow Reporting Expertise
• Develop reporting across:
• ADO (epics, features, user stories, throughput, velocity)
• ServiceNow (cases, incidents, requests, trend analysis, resolution metrics)
• Analyze data to identify:
• Trends and patterns
• Operational gaps
• Opportunities for process improvement
AI-Driven Insights & Automation
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to:
• Automate data aggregation and reporting processes
• Surface predictive insights and trends
• Improve data quality and reporting efficiency
• Recommend innovative approaches to enhance reporting capabilities and
scalability
Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner closely with HR Technology and cross-functional teams to:
• Gather and clarify reporting requirements
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and outputs
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong experience with HR Technology platforms (Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, ADO preferred)
• Advanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Experience integrating and aggregating data across multiple systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience working in HR Technology or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis or automation
• Experience with executive-level reporting and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and delivery reporting
• HR systems expertise – Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), ADO, AEM
• Data visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau (or equivalent)
• Data integration & aggregation – pulling/combining data across multiple platforms
• Reporting & analytics – dashboards, KPIs, SLA metrics, trend analysis
• AI/automation in reporting – automating data pipelines, predictive insights
