Role Description
Join a leading service provider as a Remote Customer Service Representative. Promoting a one call resolution mindset, you will provide the best in class service to internal and external customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting members, providers, brokers, and internal teams. You’ll:
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Research and resolve inquiries using provided resources
Educate callers on available options to ensure one-call resolution
Occasionally make outbound calls for surveys and follow-ups
Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and internal policies
