Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Specialists in Raleigh, NC/ Hybrid.

Role Description

● With guidance, will manage the complete purchase order process, including moving orders through the cycle, following up with schools about orders, and answering questions from our users
● Manage the complete tax exemptions process, including moving requests through the cycle, troubleshooting for school users, and answering sales tax questions for our users
● Ensure all individual orders are processed in a timely manner
● Learn TPT's products, services, processes, and tools to ensure a polished, positive interaction with school buyers
● Provide email and phone support to teachers and school administrators
● Learn to do the necessary background research to deliver high-quality customer experiences
● Be able to answer all ticket types with additional support as needed
● Stay up-to-date on site changes and policies
● Ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills & Requirements

● Must have Bachelors Degree and strong preference is to have business, communications, or management information system majors- since they are an EdTech company, a Bachelors is mandatory!

● Should have some customer service experience; over the phone; working with customers

● Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel intermediate / advanced skills. This candidate should be very detail-oriented and exceptionally organized with a strong ability to multi-task.

● Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment

● Strong written and oral communication skills

● Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
