Customer Experience Coordinator – Contract – Raleigh, NC – $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an Customer Experience Coordinator in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
• Working through Zendesk (customer service software) to resolve any user questions
• Email based support (very rarely will handle calls)
• Build a great understanding of the product and processes, and clearly communicate those with the TPT voice and tone.
• Communicating directly w/ our educator community.
• depending on team, you’ll be interacting with our Buyer and Seller community or our administrator community.
• You’ll help our users have successful user experiences troubleshooting their issues, noticing trends, and communicating internally with teams.
• There are two different teams, one is a team of about 20 and the other about 5.
Skills & Requirements
• Must have Bachelors Degree = strong preference given to educators, former teachers; those coming out of academia, but doesn’t matter what their degree is in
Office Setting experience. They are looking for someone that has had the experience of going into an office to work (shows accountability and ability to interact with others in cross functional teams)
• Some light (1 year preferred) customer service experience; doesn’t matter which industry they come from but as referenced above, office setting environment (avoid ones coming out of retail/restaurants, etc)
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce experience a plus
• Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
• Candidates must have Exceptional written skills are essential and mandatory. They are looking for good writers that can communicate their point to their audience in a way where one could be understood.
