Your new role

As a Contract 1099 Clinical Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate clinical trials related to oncology drug development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and investigators to ensure successful execution of clinical studies. Your responsibilities will include:

Study Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement clinical trial protocols, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor study progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues.
  • Coordinate site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs) and external partners (CROs, clinical sites) to achieve study objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with investigators, study coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships to drive successful study outcomes.
Data Management and Reporting:
  • Oversee data collection, review, and quality control.
  • Generate study reports, including interim analyses and final study summaries.
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical project management experience in oncology.
  • Proficiency in ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
