• Own full-cycle accounting: monthly close, GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash management.
• Implement cost accounting for manufacturing and job costing for construction projects.
• Manage banking relationships, approve payments, and oversee cash flow forecasting.
• Lead system improvements: stabilize QuickBooks and drive ERP selection/implementation (NetSuite or similar).
• Support M&A integration: opening balance sheets, policy alignment, and reporting.
• Develop internal controls, processes, and reporting to support rapid scale.
• Partner with operations leadership and PE sponsors to deliver timely, accurate financial insights.

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industry
• Hands-on leader comfortable with blue-collar, shop-floor environments.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, cost analysis, pricing, and cash management, financial reporting, and leadership.
• Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

• CPA designation.
• Private equity portfolio experience.
• ERP implementation (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar).
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
• Exposure to M&A integration.

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000/year + performance-based bonus.
