We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with proven success managing ground-up healthcare construction projects in New York City. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of complex medical facilities, including hospitals, outpatient centers, and specialized treatment buildings.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of healthcare construction standards, infection control protocols, and NYC building codes, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Lead all field operations for ground-up and major renovation healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain and update detailed construction schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of healthcare-specific milestones, such as MEP commissioning and medical equipment installation.
• Managing subcontractors such as electricians, carpenters, HVAC, concrete, labor, etc.
