Construction Superintendent Job Opportunity! $130k-$165k Annual Salary + Profit Sharing Bonus + Comp PTO Plan


A long-standing privately held construction management firm with 55 years in the industry and headquartered in NYC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end commercial interior renovations and fit-out projects. This role will be part of the growth and expansion of their current and future projects. With offices in NYC, Connecticut and Boston – this firm is looking to continue to make an impact in the industry and bring new talent that will contribute to their success.

Client Portfolio
The projects span across a diverse and prestigious client base, including:
  • Global media and entertainment companies
  • Financial institutions and investment firms
  • Luxury retail brands
  • Private schools and educational facilities
  • Healthcare and wellness centers
  • Tech and data-driven organizations

About the Firm
  • Specializes in renovations and fit-outs for commercial clients
  • Works with CBRE, JLL, and other building managers
  • The team includes 34 Supers, 16 PMs, 41 Union Laborers (Local 79)
  • Annual volume: $250M+, with a new $750M ground-up project
  • Offices in NYC, CT, NJ, and Boston

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Interface with PMs, clients, and design teams
  • Ensure compliance and punch list completion

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar platforms
