A leading global construction firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on parts of a $300M ground-up project in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in delivering a landmark development in one of the country’s most dynamic markets.

About the Role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive performance and achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Lead scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of subcontractors and trades
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
Drive project progress to meet deadlines and budget expectations
Partner with project management to resolve issues and mitigate risk
Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects
Proven track record handling projects valued at $100M+ preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with high-rise, mixed-use, or complex urban builds is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
