• Provide overall leadership and direction for all on-site construction activities
• Supervise and mentor site superintendents, foremen, and field staff
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and inspection requirements
• Conduct regular site walks, safety audits, and progress meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations and client interface

• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least
  5 years in a General Superintendent or senior supervisory role
• Proven experience managing
  high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects (10+ stories)
• Strong knowledge of
  South Florida construction practices, codes, and permitting processes
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g.,
  Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
